Will I pay customs or duties on delivery?
No. Every order ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — import duties and customs clearance are included in the price you're quoted. Nothing is collected at the door, ever.
When does my order ship?
In-stock orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of cleared payment. Custom and private-label orders follow the lead time agreed on your quote.
How long does delivery take?
Air orders arrive in 10–21 days door-to-door from dispatch, with full tracking the whole way.
