Shipping & Delivery

GoodBase holds stock across fulfilment partners in the US, UK and EU so orders ship quickly and reliably — to you in bulk, or, for dropship accounts, straight to your customer in neutral packaging.
Where we ship from
Orders are fulfilled from the regional warehouse closest to the delivery address (US, UK or EU) where stock allows. This keeps delivery fast and duties predictable. Some styles ship from a single region; if that affects your order we'll let you know before dispatch.
Processing time
In-stock orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of cleared payment. Larger, custom or private-label orders follow the lead time agreed on your quote.
Delivery estimates
Once dispatched, typical delivery times are:
- Domestic (within US, UK or EU): 3–7 business days.
- Cross-region / international: 7–20 business days, depending on destination and customs.
Estimates are not guarantees; carrier and customs delays can occur outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping is quoted per order based on weight, destination and service level, and shown before you confirm. Bulk wholesale orders may qualify for reduced or included freight depending on order value.
Duties, taxes & landed cost (DDP)
Unless agreed otherwise, we ship on a duties-paid (DDP) basis: import duties and customs clearance are calculated up front and included in your landed cost, so you know your true cost per piece with no surprise fees on delivery. Note that the United States removed the low-value (de minimis) duty exemption for China-origin goods in 2025, which we account for in DDP pricing. Any sales tax or VAT you owe on your own resale is your responsibility.
Dropship & neutral packaging
For dropship accounts we ship each order directly to your customer in neutral, unbranded (blind) packaging with no GoodBase pricing or paperwork — with or without your own label, as arranged. Your customer never sees GoodBase as the sender.
Tracking
A tracking number is provided once your order ships. For dropship orders, tracking is shared with the trade account holder to pass on to their customer.
Delays, damage & lost parcels
If a parcel is delayed, arrives damaged, or does not arrive, contact us at info@goodbases.comwith your order number and we'll help resolve it with the carrier. Damaged or incorrect goods are covered by our Refunds & Returns Policy.
