Will I pay customs or duties on delivery?
No. Every order ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — import duties and customs clearance are included in the price you're quoted. Nothing is collected at the door, ever.
How long does delivery take?
Air orders arrive in 10–21 days door-to-door from dispatch, with full tracking the whole way.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. A tracking number goes to you as soon as the order ships, whatever delivery address is on the order.
Didn't small orders used to clear customs duty-free?
They did — the US ended the $800 de minimis exemption in August 2025, so every commercial shipment now owes duty. That's exactly why our prices are DDP: the duty is already inside the number.
